Terms
The fine print, kept short.

Using Crek
Crek is a free habit tracker, to-do list and notebook, run by an independent developer. By signing in you agree to these terms. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
Your content is yours
What you write in Crek belongs to you. You give Crek permission to store it and show it back to you, and to show the activity on your public profile described in the privacy page — only as far as running the service needs. Nothing else.
Fair use
Please don't use Crek to break the law, to store content that harms others, to try to get into other people's accounts, or to overload, scrape or disrupt the service. Usernames that impersonate someone or are abusive can be changed or reclaimed.
Voice and photo drafts
Drafts made from your voice or a photo are suggestions written by an AI model. They can be wrong — check one before you save it.
The service
Crek is free and provided as it is. Features can change, and something may occasionally break. If Crek is ever going to shut down, you will be told in advance and given a way to take your data with you.
As far as the law allows, Crek is not liable for indirect losses, or for any loss that comes from the service being unavailable or from data you did not keep elsewhere.
Ending
You can stop using Crek at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy page). An account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms may be suspended.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes too, and a significant change will be announced on the site before it applies.
